OK for nut yogurt to ferment 12.5 hours?

I didn't get my almond milk yogurt started in the yogurt machine until

6pm today. If I let it ferment for exactly 8 hours, I would have to

set my alarm for 2am to pull it out of the machine and move it to the

refrigerator. Would it be OK to let it ferment all night until 6:30

tomorrow morning (that would be 12.5 hours total)? If not, would it

turn out OK if I move it to the fridge when I go to bed at midnight

tonight (after it has onky fermented for 6 hours)? I'm definitely

going to get my nut milk made and the yogurt started eariler in the

day from now on. Thanks!
