A question: I know that store bought yogurt is not allowed other then

as a starter. When you are traveling and unable to take along your

homemade yogurt, is it ok to eat a small amount of this starter source

as long as there is no sugar?

The storebought yogurt is completely illegal to eat on SCD.... because it has

not been fermented long enough.... so it contains lots of lactose! Lactose =

sugar to gut pathogens. It would be better to leave the yogurt out altogether,

and just take probiotics.
