Just wanted to share our GREAT news! Our daughter is 4 and has been

on the SCD for 7 months. We had her regular checkup at the

pediatricians yesterday. Not only has 's constipation gone, but

she gained 2lbs3oz in 3 months! This is a kid that has had so much

difficulty putting on weight that 10 months ago doctors recommended

feeding her via a Mickey button.

Our doctor didn't have much hope for this diet. But, he was so

impressed with her progess that he says we don't have to go back for a

year.

We are SO happy with her, it is amazing.

Hi, , I'm so pleased for you. My daughter has constipation and

weight gain issues so this is an inspiration for me. She is fed via NG

tube and her feed contains maltodextrin. I want to replace each feed

with SCD, but she is exremely picky and we are struggling. Jazzie's

paed and gastro are also down on this diet and I feel like I am the

only one who wants to help her heal. Its lovely to hear a succes story

and gives me fresh hope. Thank you.
