yeast & sugar

i think my daughter and i have yeast. there's no visible signs of it

now, but we've had it off and on. and whenever we eat anything

" sweet " it often flares up that same night.

i have a gut feeling that i should cut out all sugar, as much as

possible. we are still doing stage 1 foods so the only sweet stuff

has been grape juice diluted with water, jello (also diluted when i

made it), and we've had a cooked apple a couple of times. also tried

banana-egg pancakes. the sweet thing has been only once a day since

we started SCD. although, she's been drinking very diluted grape

juice (25% grape, 75% water) about 2-3 servings a day.

is it safe for me to cut out the juice and replace with almond milk

(made WITHOUT honey) at this point? we're only on day 5. she does

have to have a tempting beverage for mixing with her chinese herbs

two times a day. i tried no sweetness at all yesterday and we both

felt super lethargic and sick, plus almost anxious with craving. i

had to chase her around the house at one point and take a bottle of

almonds away from her, that she wanted really really badly : (

any suggestions/recommendations would be greatly appreciated
