I left the digest number in the subject line intentionally. This was

such an awesome digest... so full of hope, inspiration and laughs...

something I love to get on a daily basis (and usually do with this

group). This particular digest had my full attention. Thanks to

everyone who was a part of it... Just to Lucille... man, you really

crack me up. Smiling huge here in New Jersey...

Two words: EMLA cream. Get your doctor to prescribe some. Put it on for

an hour, and you don't feel a thing...even with an extended extended

extended bikini wax! I also used it on my arm for my yearly blood work

this past Saturday....didn't feel the needle...I don't know why EMLA

isn't MUCH more popular! Ahhh...the things we do after losing the

weight....I used to tease my esthetician (she's been with me through

thick and thin...literally) that not only did she cause me pain...I

*PAID* her to hurt me! Now I don't feel a thing now matter WHAT she's

doing! =)
