I suppose it's possible to have another round of die-off after a year and a half. It kind of depends on whether you were absolutely strict 100% of the time on SCD. Patti 2 weird questions Ok, I have two weird questions. First, how do you tell the flu from a die off reaction or healing regression? Second, has anyone heard of anyone on SCD having a healing regression after a year and a half? Quote
