Also try Gummy

Vites. They are available form Walgreen’s, Costco &

Drugstore.com.

They are $9.99 and my son loves

them! (In fact, if I didn’t monitor his usage, he’d pop them

like candy!)

It says right on the bottle “This

product contains no gluten, dairy…”

While the ones below are cheaper, I tend

to go for convenience. (Meaning I’d rather be able to get them at a

store, and usually, if you’re only buying one thing the shipping cost

ends up bringing the price up to more than I would pay in a store).

Thought you might like to know.

Hi!

P.P.S. , I hope you don’t

mind my jumping on with my own info, but I saw the subject line before I read the

email & took it as a request for suggestions, and after I looked all that info

up, I wanted to do something with

it… ;-)

Suggestion for chewable kids vitamin

Hi everyone,

Just thought I would pass along a new find...we've been using the

Schiff liquid children's vitamin for the last year (tastes awful but has a good

amount of iron) mixed with a little applesauce for my 2 and 3 year old celiacs...I

was online and found the chewable version of it...we tried it out this week and

my very picky kids are eating them...so wanted to pass it on in case anyone

else is looking for a good multi-vitamin with a good source of iron.

I bought it online at vitacost.com and it was A LOT CHEAPER than the

liquid I was buying from Whole Foods (chewable was about $8 for 180 while the

liquid at WF was about $15 for 20 days worth)....take a look for yourself

at:

Cheers!

Do be careful to keep them out of children's reach; excessive supplement use, particularly of Vitamin A and iron, can have disastrous and even fatal results.
