We saw Dr Menard too, around the same time as Molly's son was banded. He uses

10mm as a guideline for banding. I'm pretty sure if you can show him his numbers

were way off he'll prescribe for you (or if your son has gotten considerably

worse). I would have Bob send the info to him. During my daughter's treatment

Bob would sent the scan info to him to track our progress and he never

questioned the numbers. It is bad timing in terms of Menard's holidays, but I

would still pursue it.
