A GFCF Really Strong Pain Medication?

Hi, Thursday morning is finishing up his dental procedures. That am will be the final 4 root canals and 4 crowns. Does anyone know of a powerful pain medication suitable for a 3 1/2 year old that is also gfcf? Thanks for any input. Wendi
