Miss Robbens bread

I need some help here...

I bought some of the Miss Robbens wonder bread and made it in my

bread machine today. It doesn't seem to have turned out right. It

seems to have the consistencey of banana bread and has this sort of

after taste. Almost like something didn't get mixed in right. It

just seemed real heavy. The package smelled good when I poured it

in. I thought maybe I used too much water or something. Is all the

gfcf bread like this? Does anyone have any ideas?!?!
