Food Intolerance question -- Cheddar

Hey, this is my first post in over a year, and this may be the wrong

place to ask this question, come to think of it, but you're a

knowledgeable bunch so what the heck.

We've had my (high-functioning autistic 4-yr-old) son tested for food

intolerances. We tried the GFCF diet and didn't see any reactions,

either when he was GFCF or when we took him back off. The tests

indicate, though, that he has some sort of strong reaction to cheddar

cheese (goldfish, mac'n'cheese, cheetos <sigh>). So I've finally

gotten around to taking him off cheddar entirely while he's on a

break from school and I can control his diet. It's been four days,

and the only change I see is that he's eating more food. Is there

any possible connection here? It could be other factors, but I

wonder... so if anyone has any insights, I'd love to hear 'em.

I apologize for wasting your time. :)

Pam
