hi liane! thanks for the link.

i am doing pretty good. not too much deja food lately. down 83 lbs

as of sunday. good luck getting to that 100 lb mark. i seem to stay

the same wt for about 3 wks then after my auntie flo' leaves, i drop

more poundage. i still hold alot of water in my lower legs. i

should probably still wear my compression knee highs to help with

that. but they were getting too big and kept sliding down my legs.

don't know how much new ones cost, the others were on my hospital

bill.

how are things on your " end " ? pardon the pun. <G> did you get your

bum problems fixed? hope so. i know those suckers can really hurt.

since you were out riding a bike, it has to be whole lot better! lol

i think i would need a tractor seat for my wide load to sit on

instead of one of those skinny, bone pinching bike seats. but

otherwise i would love to go out riding the trails in the parks.
