Hi all. I am newbie to the 100% GFCF for 4 weeks so

far (seems like forever already). I had had my son's

food allergy tests done as well and of course he was

+5 on wheat (and peanuts). We have seen SOME SLIGHT

improvements so far but I am so frustrated. I went two

weeks ago to get myself tested as well and I came up

sensitive to wheat/rye and milk. SO my question or

questions are.....

when I am TRYING TO COOK him these new things isn't it

kinda funny that even in hot water these mixes don't

dissolve to go down the sink-the margarine and rice

flours? Wonder if they stay in the stomach that way?

I was wanting pancakes the other night and tried the

Miss Robens mix-I couldn't even cut them with a knife

they came out so hard and gooey.

Are all GFCF foods that gritty texture?

Do they eventually get sick of eating so many GFCF

french fries and eat other things? It seems like he is

eating so many fried not good for you foods???DOesn't

seem healthy to me?

If I am trying to go GFCF as well? How do you keep the

fat in the diet down?

I also need a GOOD bread machine recipe?

Sorry for being so long but I have been cooking my

little head off and standing on my head for him to eat

anything different (he has texture issues as well so

it is hard to get him to eat anything

different).....thanks.
