Crosspost: the BEST Xmas present ever!

This morning, I woke up to a phone call from the insurance. The lady who was

supposed to update me on my pre-authorization had been out all week (talk

about frustrating!) and since she was in the office on a Sat. morn, decided

to call me.

I already knew I was approved, but she told me this morning that they decided

to cover my procedure at 80% with a max. out of pocket for me at $1000!!!!

This is incredible since I was originally told that they would only pay 50%

with no max out of pocket for me (I could have ended up paying $20,000.)

So, now, I KNOW I can afford Dr. Anthone - no spain, no inexperienced

surgeon, and NO RNY!!!! YAYAYAYAYAYAYYYYYYY!!!!!!

Now I can kick back and enjoy my xmas vacation (started today!) I simply

can't believe this good fortune (and the perfect holiday timing)
