vitamin questions

My doctor gave me my list of supplements yesterday.

1500-2000 mg calcuim

multivitamin

adeks

pepcid ac/zantac

something I can't figure out (read) + vitamin b12

Is everyone taking the same thing? I have read a bit, but I have

never seen anyone mention having to be on pepcid ac/zantac for the

rest of their lives. Any imput??

On the adeks, I read the posts regarding them & dr. hess.. found the

website, the information was valuable, thank you! My question about

adeks is how many do we have to take per day?? Does it differ per

person???
