GFCF Spiral Ham

After finding out that Honeybaked Ham is not GFCF, I have been

looking for a ham for my son for Thanksgiving. I saw Whole Foods

carries Pederson's Spiral Ham. I asked the person at the meat dept.

at Whole Foods and he said he had never heard of gluten. I just

called Pederson's and when I asked the person there if the spiral ham

had gluten or casein, he asked me if I was celiac! Obviously he knew

what he was talking about when he said it was GFCF. It also does not

have MSG! I only asked about this one item but as soon as their e-

mail and website are back up, I will request a list from them.
