OT: Clarification on New Enzymes

I have been saying or suggesting that the newer enzymes such as

Kirkmans DPP Forte and Complete were okay for taking with

gluten/casein food because that is what I thought the web site said

(but I read things and interpret quite literally). Dave Humphrey,

president of Kirkman's, has just posted on the enzyme board that

their enzymes are to be used ONLY with the GFCF diet and NOT with

foods off-diet, including the newer ones.

So if you are wanting a planned infraction or looking to expand menu

choices, Peptizyde from www.houstonni.com can be used for this.

Enzymes can contribute to many other health benefits as well. Sorry

for any confusion this may have caused.

Thank you,

DeFelice
