Thank you all.

I reread what I posted and it sounded a Little like i was in the slumps. Not at all I am living life full throttle and loving it yes o2 is hard to deal with on my first day but I will get a Handel on it. I have a saying I posted on my face book that I try and live i will share it I hope it doesn't offend anyone. again thanks your guys are a blessing.

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in on a quad sideways, chocolate in one hand, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WHO HOO what a ride!â€

DH and I both use Carlson's Norwegian Salmon Oil, and we've used it for

years. No problems for either of us.

Just curious ... what salmon oil do you use?

I have used Carlsons cod liver oil (lemon) for years and it really

helps my HDL. It was 81 last weeek. Couldn't believe it.

Thanks,

PattyAnn
