Thought I would ask. Oh well. I may still try and work one-on-one with

the location in Fremont (and stay away from the sauces and dressings).

Dear ,

Thank you for your interest in Market Broiler. So sorry to hear about

your recent diagnosis -- we really hate to lose your patronage to our

restaurant. Unfortunately, being a relatively small company, we do not

have a nutritionist on staff to help identify the exact ingredients that

may affect your illness in each product.

In speaking with our executive chef, it seems that many of our sauces and

dressings are made from scratch at each location - often using a roux

(flour and butter) as a thickening agent, which would not be

acceptable to your diet.

We hesitate to offer any suggestions, without the medical background.

We really wish you the very best, and hope that in the future we are able

to have that information available to all our guests.

Sincerely,

Lenore Vlasic
