I'm up to 60 mg of prednisone and still and having a hard time breathing, fever and trying to stay out of hospital. Hope you all are doing better then me. Guest guest Report post Posted April 21, 2011 Hi Mitch, Sorry you're having such a rough time, it sucks, doesn't it? How long will oyu need to be on that dose, do you know? I've just been put back up to 50 mg of Pred (vision was getting a bit worse again), and it screws you up so much.
