The model number changes from TM1644 to TM2644 at size 6, although I don't see anything referencing the need for a special order for the size 6's. The style number changes after size 6, but they are the same shoe. here's the info: http://www.markellshoe.com/ponsetiflyer.pdf We had to " special order " the 9s.. 8 and 9s are a new addition.. but they came in very quickly, and they didn't cost any more ($65).
