What kind of a reaction is it and how common is that? As far as I can tell, I don't have immediate reactions, only cumulative ones such as leg cramps or anemia. Guest guest Posted January 15, 2006 Report Share Posted January 15, 2006 Reactions can really vary, but with small amounts (say from soy sauce or other sneaky ingredients) I get " loose bowels " and with an actual bread product or breading I vomit uncontrollably starting 3 1/2 hours after consuming it. (And no, I would NEVER eat it on purpose). An ex of mine said it was like the exorcist vomiting, and i am sad to say it's kind of an accurate description. I also often get itchy skin - especially a certain place on my foot.
