Guest guest
On another celiac board that I am on, people have been discussing inexpensive ways to get our specialty flours. I was interested in hearing how people in this area get their flours- does anyone know of any co-ops, or belong to any co-ops in the area? Are they worth it? I'm low on tapioca starch, but I guess I will replenish my supply from the local Asian market. Eventually I will need to order more white rice flour, sorghum, along with other mainstays not available at asian markets, and I am looking for creative ways (besides grinding my own flour, and purchasing glutinous white rice flour) to save money. I'd also like to find an inexpensive source for San-J wheat free tamari. I live in Mountain View, so the closer the better!
