I have 'sorta-kinda' been doing the same thing with DMSA+ALA. I do do DMSA

for about a day first, and then a day afterward doing ALA. Charcoal is one

of my lifesavers, but I need it much lkess since I have been chelating for

awhile.

I get it in a one pound bag from STARWEST BOTANICALS for about $24....forget

the tiny caps.

Also interested in other opinions.

Regarding activated charcoal, I once read in a paramedics manual not

to give it in cases of mercury poisoning, it didn't say why not.

I find that very intresting as it is suposed to bind with it, I thought.

When I have been in super bad attacks, taking charcoal did a lot for me to

lesson the severity of the attack.I am interested if you can give me any

more information.

I also had a doctor at Biointegrative Health tell me noit to take charcoal

becasue it was " carbon 14 " . Hmmmm.....

Any more input???
