Chelation has helped my #1 with social maturity and a few other issues, altho he also needed a few supplements. He is age 10 right now, and socially he is probably age 8 or maybe 9. When I started chelating him about 2 years ago [i am not as consistent with him as I am with my other kids], he was about 2-3 years behind socially. Now only about 1 or 1-1/2 years behind. You might try reading a couple of dozen entries here: http://home.earthlink.net/~moriam/LOVE_LETTERS.html You could look for ones that say (in the summary on the page with links) that they include changes in emotional or mood types of things. I really don't know if these are about the sort of stuff that you (or others) would consider " maturity " . But it could give you some ideas of things that people have noticed changing. good wishes, Moria
