They wrote back, letting me know of a market near my home! I was sooo happy! Well, my husband gets there and they haven't got a clue about what he is asking for. They DO have something called: Scandic Farmer Cheese Hushallsost (sp?) Ingredients: Past. milk, cultures, cheese culture, salt, enzymes My question: Is this product LEGAL???
