More Intro Questions

Hi all, ok I started the intro today, but as I definitely don't want to feed the

" bad bugs " I wanted to ask a couple more things to see if I'm doing it right:

When I made scrambled eggs I used olive oil on the pan. Is this allowed for

intro? I also have butter and coconut oil if one of those is a better choice.

Also, when I broil fish tonight, should I eat it completely plain or is butter

allowed on the fish?
