Tired and Constipated

Hi,

I've been trying to send this message to the group and failed twice.

So please excuse me if it appears multiple times.

I'm new to this group. My 2yr old ASD son is on SCD diet and it's the

2nd day. He looks so...tired/weak and worn off. He is also constipated

since the change of diet. I guess that this is the die-off symptom.

Please let me know if I'm wrong. What can I do to help him? and how

long these symptoms are supposed to last?
