I just started my twins w/autism (7yrsold) ON THE SC DIET..ITS VERY

CONFUSING...i need to also implement the casien & gluten free? sc diet

contains yogurts and goats milk...what should i do? how should i

start...i made the chicken stock w/carrots lots of nuts...and lunch

steak or chicken and peppers, onion, zuccini..thats all they eat for

now until i figure out this diet.... & what they can eat....both boys

have yeast...they are in treatment......how about tylenol and motrin?

i'm sure it has sugar....plz help..
