Dear List:

Does anyone know if potassium metabisulphite is legal on SCD? I have seen it

listed on cans of coconut milk? The brand is Orchid, it doesn't have guar gum

so I thought it was a possibility. I'm not good with making coconut milk from

scratch. Thank you, Eileen Brown
