Can anyone in Northern Ohio point me to a source for DCCC. I've tried

substituting the homemade yogurt and I just cannot tolerate it.I did

great with Friendship Dairies Farmer's Cheese which I can no longer

find and would appreciate any source help with the Dry Curd Cottage

Cheese.
