For years I have been taking Nature's Bounty Proboitic Acidophilus. Now that I am going to start SCD are these legal? Ingredient of each soft gels: Lactobacilus acidophilus 10 mg Soybean oil Gelatin Glycerin Beeswax/soybean oil mixture Soy lecithin Titanium dioxide color If not, can someone please recommend one for me?
