I'm sorry, I don't know what either of these products are. You'll have to give

us more information.... brand names, etc. Also, each label should list all the

ingredients.... both active and " other " ingredients. List them and we can

respond better. Or, just compare them to the list on www.pecanbread.com under

the " supplements " link.... there is a list of legal and illegal supplement

additives. You can usually check a product for illegal starches, gums or sugars

there.
