Butterball turkey bacon is OK. I verified it myself a couple of months ago.

Are not all bacon's GFCF? I am fairly new to the diet

and this board is opening my eyes to SO many things.

I always thought that the only problems with bacon were the nitrates &

preservatives...am I wrong? Is there gluten or casein in bacon?

Some bacons have gluten. I buy the West Virginia brand -- although I've

never verified that it is ok. The ingredients listed don't have gluten or

casien

Bacon with sugar in it is legal once a week as long as it is crispy. I haven't

found sugar-free bacon either, although I have found nitrate-free bacon at

Trader Joe's.
