Guest guest Posted September 9, 2006 Report Posted September 9, 2006 Raw honey may be preferable to non-SCD-ers for other reasons, but those following SCD as outlined by Elaine Gottschall, are to use pasteurized, filtered, clear, 100% pure honey. Raw, unfiltered honey can contain pollen which is irritating to damaged, inflamed intestinal tissues.
