Dana, I think six hours will probably do it. Patti Does Goat Yogurt have to chill for eight hours or would six be okay? I put our goat yogurt in the refrigerator at 2PM. Would it be chilled enough to consume as early as 8PM or is there other stuff taking place inside the yogurt during the chilling process that requires a full 8 hours.
