Freeda Vitamins

Freeda says to take three SCD Multivitamin tablets daily. Elaine said to take

only one.

They have packaged them so a bottle of the Multi contains only 180 tablets

while the

suggested B Complex has 250 tablets yet the dose is one a day.

Whenever I order I can never get it evened up and have to pay more shipping as I

have to

order more often. I am copying them on this as it is puzzling.
