Thanks for your answer. It is really interesting for me because I

think you are only the second person I have met who is both coeliac

and has pancreatitis. I think you said the CP had also been

diagnosed? So Dr Lehman just accepts that you have both conditions?

At the moment I am assuming I may have the two conditions. My

coeliac disease came a long time ago in 1988 and it was with a

biopsy. The gastroenterologist who did the test has moved elsewhere.

My pancreas specialist believes, and I can see why, that CP explains

all my symptoms and that my 1988 diagnosis was probably wrong.

However, I'm not at all sure because the GF diet did help. I think I

explained that I was also advised to avoid lactose?

It is fascinating to find someone else with a similar history.

Anyway, thanks for the tip on the GF bread. I'll look at the site.
