Guest guest Posted January 28, 2005 Report Posted January 28, 2005 I use Nytol. I have tried Ambien and it made me do wierd stuff and I didn't remember what I had done. My hubby and kids had a ball with me on that stuff! I just take 2 nytol quick caps and that does the trick. My mom in law works for Glaxokline so she gets them for me free. Guest guest Posted October 15, 2006 Report Posted October 15, 2006 That is good to know that melatonin is not illegal! We use Kirkman's melatonin w/magnesium. I use the melatonin for my children when they just are so tired and need to go straight to sleep. It knocks them out and gives me a break here and there too.
