My son has been on the SCD diet for 4 days now and at first he had

diarrhea but now everything looks good! Does this mean I can introduce

a new food? I apologize if this info is on the

breakingtheviciouscycle.info site. I am still going through the site

and reading all of it.

I am just so happy that the diarrhea is gone for the time being.
