Come join us

at this year’s Midwest Stream Farmworker Health Forum in Austin, TX, hosted by

the National Center for Farmworker Health, Inc. in Buda, TX. The forum

provides quality, Latino health specific, professional development experiences

for health care providers of all disciplines within migrant and Latino health

in a multi-track program featuring sessions on: Weight Management, Parental

Substance and Drug Endangered Children, Mental Health, Medical Homes, and Folk

Tab. In addition, the forum offers opportunities for: continuing

education in a variety of disciplines; networking with health peers to learn

about best practices and model programs; and discovering new resources to

enhance service delivery.

Austin Graduate Roy Germano, a slide show by renowned local Austin

Early Bird

Registration has been extended through November 12th! Each paid

registrant will be provided with a conference program and bag, admittance into

all workshops, discussion groups, Welcome Reception, Dinner Reception, daily

breakfast, snacks, and beverages. Early Bird Registration Fee is: $275

for the duration of the conference or $200 per day. To register go to www.ncfh.org to access the Stream Forum page and
