Liver sarc is very common, effecting 80% of us at some time. The beauty is that our livers actually have the ability to regenerate-- so if we do all we can to keep the toxicity down as low as possible-- then generally we minimize the problem. Fluids are essential-- and if you know you have kidney stones already-- as the liver and kidneys are our major detox organs-- watch your fats and sweets intake.

Fresh fruit, veges, and juicing is wonderful to help keep the liver happy!
