Oh Dawn, Thank you so much for your replay. I am in the process of writing a

letter to Dr. Hess, and will call him on Monday. I have been waiting so long

for this surgery, that I just refuse to give up. Do you have an e-mail for

the office of for Dr. Oakley? Thanks again, and best wishes. I'll keep you

posted.
