Thank you, thank you, one and all for your kind wishes. Tim and I are so happy, and your benedictions mean a lot to us. I wish  I could bake this happiness into an enormous crustless pouch-friendly casserole (whatever YOUR favorite is) and give all of you great big slices!  LoveMartha
