About 1/2 " above the heel counter hole. About 1/3 of it is ripped. ODD SPOT! So I taped it up with medical tape. Praying that it will hold till I can figure something out! I have no idea how this would have even happened! It was fine (atleast that I noticed) when she had her braces off this morning! I dont pull on that thing or anything! I am going to call tomorrow morning and speak with him. We have had these ones for about 2 weeks now. Has antone else expierenced this? What cool? Did he replace it at no charge? How long did it take to get a replacement? I hope to God that he will send it directly to my hime address and not Shriner's because they are a couple hours away from me, and I have a hard schedule to work around to go up there! I will need to really discuss that part with him! We had a strap practically disintegrate once.. He offered to give our money back after he had made a new shoe. I was appalled! I was like, Wow!, After all you've done for our kids, there's no way I would accept that... I'm sure it'll be ok. He'll work with you. At least it's the non-club foot.
