Also taking liquid vitamins might help, rather than solid pill or capsil form.... just a thought... there is a tonic out there called Emergen-C- which is awesome!Its filled with all sorts of immune boosters and it tastes like a 50/50 bar if you get the orange flavor. They have it at Trader Joes. Quote
