Go to this link listed below, at the top right hand corner is a link to www.socialsecurity.gov and then go to Medicare. You'll see a button for Extra Help with Prescription Drugs-- and then you can follow the buttons to the application. If you qualify, the cost of the premium, your deductibles, your copays and your "donut hole" will be covered - if not completely, then at least up to $3600.00 a year -- so get to working on this one!
