My wife had her op on sunday and the dr thinks he took everything out. We have to wait for biopsy to receive a final answer.

You are correct, |I just couldn't take everything at one time. I decided that one thing at a time.

Pomy, it's so difficult when so many problems are swirling around at once. When I get overwhelmed like that, I stop & think, "What is the next thing I need to do?" Then I focus on that one thing; then the next thing, and so on. I will keep your wife (and you) in my prayers. What time is her surgery on Sunday? And what time zone are you in?
