tears in my eyes. I know I have not posted much but I do read most

post and with my new job I'm really busy. You and Ramona are

fital to this group, I am honored and very blessed to have the three

of you willing to help moderate this wonderful group.

I think I am going to write my story to, at the end of your story

Babara asked for more storys, and even though I can not even compete

with your style of writing I have maintained a 170 pound weight lost

for 31/2 years.
