Hi Sherri. It is me, Lilka. Was that you at the support meeting last

night? I wish you had come over to introduce yourself. But, if it was

you, I now know what you look like and can find you in a crowd. What

did you think about it? I always like it but last night we were a

little dominated by a person who would not raise her hand. The

therapist should have told her the rules. Anyway, I found the name of

that therapist down here in San Anselmo that my friend went to for a

long time before she moved to Hawaii. The name is Peggy Childs. Her

number is . She is right behind Red Hill Shopping Center.

I may go to her myself some day. I feel so good right now, I am

putting off goiing but I have her number and will call her if I begin

to feel bad again. I stopped grazing today and ate 3 meals. I always

get help from the meeting. I hope to see you some more at the
